These Terms of Service govern your use of NetArmature's website, scam detection tools, browser extension, games, Radar Familiar services, and paid subscription features. By using NetArmature, you agree to these terms.

1. What NetArmature provides

NetArmature provides tools designed to help users identify potential online scams, phishing attempts, suspicious websites, links, QR codes, job offers, rental listings and other potentially fraudulent content. Some services are free and some features may require a paid subscription.

2. No guarantee of detection

NetArmature is a risk-detection and educational service. No automated security system can identify every scam or threat. A result marked safe or low risk is not a guarantee that content, a person, website, transaction or offer is legitimate. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information you review through the service.

3. Acceptable use

You may use NetArmature for lawful personal or authorized purposes. You may not misuse the service to attack systems, distribute malicious content, interfere with NetArmature, attempt unauthorized access, abuse automated features, or violate applicable law or the rights of others.

4. Family Plan subscription

The NetArmature Family Plan is offered on the website for $5.99 USD per month, unless a different price is clearly displayed before purchase. Website subscriptions are processed by Paddle. The subscription renews automatically each billing period until canceled.

If you subscribe through an app store or another authorized platform, pricing, billing and cancellation may be governed by that platform and may differ from the website price.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time using the subscription management method provided for your purchase. Canceling stops future renewals; access to paid features may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated by the payment provider.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

7. Privacy

Your use of NetArmature is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, replace, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, legal or technical reasons. We may also update these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.

9. Intellectual property

NetArmature's branding, original software, site content, graphics and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of NetArmature intellectual property to users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NetArmature is not liable for losses caused by third-party scams, fraudulent actors, websites, services or transactions, or by a user's reliance on an automated risk assessment. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
